A 1350 ft.² activity room has 2 walls of windows (plenty of natural light), tables and chairs for 50, DJ station, dance floor, 2 microphones, karaoke, total of 7 large screen smart TVs, Several streaming services, 2 separate Wi-Fi services, Cabinets of games, Bluetooth Sound system, AV help, yard games, 3 foot deep plunge pond with waterfall, 2 foot deep beach / sandbox with basket of sand toys, swim spa – hot tub for 12, gas fire pit (so you won’t smell like smoke), AC/heating, Indoor and outdoor seating and venue areas, dimmable lighting, large mirrors, In-ground trampoline, tetherball, ping-pong, 2 cornhole sets, +.
Each bedroom has push button door code, private study area/desk and chair, lamp, fan, power strip, 2 towels, 2 pillows, bed linens, hangers and hanging spaces. Beds and pillows have extra liners to keep each bed clean and fresh for each guest. There are also many luggage racks around.
Basement apartment beds can either be 1 king or 2 twin extra long beds. Let us know what configuration you would like and we will set it up for you. This space has 2 full bathrooms, a living room, and full kitchen.
The loft has an additional full bathroom & 9 beds. 4 can be made into 2 kings. Let us know if you'd like that configuration and we will arrange it for you. There are additional foam pads under the beds & a pack-&-play also. The loft is also where you'll find the children's toys and books. They are in drawers under the beds.
The "zen walk" is a lovely stroll by the farmhouse with an open canal on your left and green growing farmland on your right and ZEN inbetween. No cars. No people. Just you, your people, and birds.
The swim spa is professionally cleaned on Mondays.
The grounds are professionally groomed on Thursdays.
The mattresses and pillows have extra liners to keep them fresh and clean for each guest and are professionally cleaned.
There are RV hookups for $45 per night. Only available if also renting farmhouse.

+ Parking over 9 cars have an added $250 charge so we can rent additional parking form the neighbor. Note parking lines.
